FIELD: personal demand items.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for making of coffee drink with passage of extracting fluid medium through portion of coffee by means of fluid medium heating. Device comprises separating facility, which is arranged with the possibility of separation of drink fraction, produced by means of prevailing liquid phase of fluid medium, from additional fraction of specified drink, which is produced by means of prevailing steam phase of mentioned fluid medium; device of coffee portion saturation with extracting fluid medium injected by means of heating through specified portion and contains prevention facility, which is arranged with the possibility of prevention to specified saturation, when fluid medium contains considerable steam phase.
EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility to produce coffee drink with good organoleptic characteristics.
