FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to pulmonology and can be used for prediction of respiratory obstruction progressing. For this purpose determined are volume of forced exhale (VFE1) during first second and change of volume of forced exhale during first second (ΔVFE1) in % from initial value after bronchial provocation test of isocapnic hyperventilation with cold air. After that obtained data are introduced into discriminant equation: D=6.093×VFE1+0,137×ΔVFE1 and if value D is less than 16.55 fast progressing of respiratory obstruction is predicted, and if value D is equal or greater than 16.55 absence or slow progressing of respiratory ways obstruction is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to increase efficiency of predicting respiratory obstruction progressing by integral evaluation of bronchi patency and reactivity.
