FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics and is used for recovery of hip joint support ability in case of its total or revision endoprosthetics. Method includes removal of foreign bodies, scared and sphacelous tissues from acetabulum in case of revision endoprosthetics of hip joint. Bed for endoprosthesis cup is formed. Into acetabulum cavity introduced is crashed bone tissue, whose volume is determined as difference between volume of affected acetabulum and volume of acetabular component, determined by means of standard templates by roentgenograms. Crashed auto or allobone is soaked in physiological solution in form of chips of design size, which are laid in bone defect and pressed by means of impactor representing hemispheres, whose diametre is 1-2 mm less than installed acetabular component.
EFFECT: method allows to increase support surface of acetabulum before installation of acetabular component of endoprosthesis.
