FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Tendon transplant is passed in implant of polytetrafluorethylene of tubular shape. Transplant is laid into the area of defect of finger flexor tendon. Distal end of tendon transplant is sutured transosseously to nail phalanx with removable suture, proximal end being sutured with central end of injured tendon. Ends of implant from polytetrafluorethylene are proximally and distally sewn with single interrupted sutures to surrounding tissues.
EFFECT: method ensures reconstruction of injured tendon with its simultaneous isolation, reduction of probability of recurrent scar-commisure forming processes, reduction of operation trauma, reduction of treatment terms.
