FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to the field of medicinal agents, in particular to peroral composition in the form of dry syrup, which contains the following: complex produced by means of dispersion or dissolution of medicinal agent with unpleasant taste (claritromycin), and high molecular compound, which is soluble in gastric juice (copolymer E of aminoalkylmethacrylates), in monostearate of glycerin, which is heated up to and melted at its melt temperature or higher temperature, and granulation of produced mixture; and composition of coating, which includes copolymer of ethyl acrylate, ethyl methacrylate of chloride of trimethylammoniummethyl methacrylate and loosener, such as sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose, which are in the following weight proportions - from 80:20 to 99:1, and polysorbate 80, applied onto specified complex. Invention is also related to method of mentioned composition production.
EFFECT: such compositions may be evenly dispersed in water.
