FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to composition and method for prevention or treatment of kidney disease in cats, including injection of such compositions to animal inclined to or suffering from kidney disease. Composition, according to invention, contains vitamin E, vitamin C and carotinoid taken in certain amounts and certain ratios to each other.
EFFECT: in preferable version of invention realisation, composition is mixed to one or several food ingredients to produce food composition suitable for prevention or treatment of kidney disease in cats.
