FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to separation of liquid and solid components from mixtures. Filter incorporates a number of filtration boards that, when combined, make a number of filtration chambers. Every aforesaid chamber has exposed section arranged along chamber edges. Filtration boards seat in closed position with respect to each other. Every filtration board assembly incorporates a gate designed to close aforesaid exposed section. Gates can be opened to remove slurry particles from filtration chambers without separating filtration boards.
EFFECT: automatic slurry removal, higher efficiency, lower costs.
