FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to air-gravitational classifier, and can be used in civil, chemical, ore-dressing, metallurgical and other industries for separation of different granular materials by size for small and large fractions. Two-commodity air-gravitational classifier contains classification mine, implemented in the form of round pipe, pipe branch for feeding of initial material, facility for air feeding, pipe branch for introduction of undersize particles with air flow, located in top part of classification mine, pipe branch for introduction of coarse grain, outfitted by discharge arrangement and located in bottom part of classification mine. In the capacity of facility for feeding of compressed air it contains openings, implemented in the wall of classification mine. Also classifier contains tapering distributor of initial material, fixed on bottom end of pipe branch for introduction of undersize particles with air flow, and hollow tapering insertion, implemented with openings, outfitted by pipe branch for feeding of air and located in classification mine lengthwise its vertical axis by major basis downward. Classifier contains casing, outfitted by pipe branch for air feeding and enveloping classification mine. Pipe branch for feeding of initial material is located in top part of classification mine and envelopes pipe branch for withdrawal of undersize particles with airflow.
EFFECT: effectiveness increase of material classification.
