FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to air-bypass classifiers and can be used in metallurgy, construction etc. for sizing various loose materials. Proposed classifier comprises outer cone casing with cover, branch pipe to discharge fine fraction with air arranged on casing cover and branch pipe to discharge major fractions arranged at the casing bottom. It comprises also inner cone casing with cover arranged to form circular slot there between and to move linearly in vertical plane, as well as branch pipe to discharge coarse fraction arranged at the casing bottom. Besides it comprises blades furnished with preset turn about horizontal axes and arranged between cylindrical sections of said outer and inner casings, and initial material feed pipe fitted at the casing bottom. Inner casing funnel-like cover has its outlet directed downward and outer casing funnel-like cover has its outlet directed upward.
EFFECT: higher-efficiency.
