SUBSTANCE: cover (110), arranged with the possibility to restore tightness, for bottle (114) for medicine, comprises base (112), which is made of vulcanised rubber or other similar material, which does not have negative effect at medicine contained in bottle, and part (126), which is arranged with the possibility to restore tightness, which is placed above base. Part (126), which is arranged with the possibility to restore tightness, is made of polyethylene of low density or another similar material, and in it, for introduction of medicine into bottle (114), puncture may be made with needle or other device for injections (140). Before filling, cover (110) is connected to bottle (114), and structure that represents bottle and cover assembled are sterilised. Then needle (140) is introduced through cover (110), and medicine is introduced into bottle by means of needle. After withdrawal of needle (140), section of cover, where puncture is made, is melted by means of laser or with the help of direct thermal heating, in order to tightly close opening from needle, which is produced in cover.
EFFECT: increased tightness of cover after its piercing with needle.
