FIELD: transport, package.
SUBSTANCE: container to keep fluid product containing fat. Container housing forms vessel for fluid product containing fat that adds no excess amount of substance to fluid product containing fat or does not bring undesirable effect on taste properties of fluid product containing fat. Appliance to close container comprises sealing part attached to housing till aseptic filling with fluid product containing fat to make, in fact, dry tight joint. Jointing element is arranged between closing appliance and housing to secure said appliance to the housing. Said sealing part consists of two parts. First part made from first material is arranged about the vessel to form inner surface in contact with said vessel so that to make larger part of the surface that can come in contact with whatever fluid product containing fat held in container that adds no excess amount of substance to fluid product containing fat or does not bring undesirable effect on taste properties of fluid product containing fat. Note here that preset amount of added substances does not exceed 100 ppm. Second part made from second material that corresponds to, at least, the following conditions: (i) Said second part is arranged above that made from first material and cannot stay in contact with vessel with fluid product containing fat, and (ii) it is arranged above said vessel to form smaller surface of the part, compared with that made from first material, that can stay in contact with fluid product containing fat of aforesaid vessel. Part made from second material can accommodate needle for aseptic filling with fluid product containing fat to make, in fact, dry tight joint, while orifice made by said needle can be sealed by heat to close above described product therein. Invention covers also versions of container design, device, method of aseptic filling and device for closing the container.
EFFECT: container for fluid product containing fat, high tightness and sterility.
