FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains thermoplastic part, connected with chamber with possibility of contacting with filling it substance, which has section in which element for injections can perform puncture, with possibility of restoring its impermeability under impact of laser radiation. Thermoplastic part contains first polymer material in first quantity by weight, which contains block-copolymer of styrene and possesses first elongation, second polymer material in second quantity by weight smaller than the first one and, at least, one substance, selected from group, including ethylene α-olefins, polyolefins and olefins, and possesses second elongation, which is smaller than the first one; pigment in amount, which makes it possible for case to absorb laser radiation to a considerable degree and prevent passing of radiation through walls to a considerable degree; and makes it possible to cover puncture in hermetic way; lubricating substance in amount which reduces friction force in the place of contact of case and element for injections. Described above device is used in method of manufacturing and filling chamber-containing device with substance. Section is punctured with needle with hollow conically-sharpened tip and, at least, one hole for liquid, located near needle end. Needle is also connected with source of substance. Needle for introduction of liquid into chamber is introduced into section in such a way as to a considerable degree prevents formation of thermoplastic material and their getting into chamber. Lubricating substance is introduced into the place of needle and section contact to reduce friction force between said elements; substance is introduced into chamber by means of needle, after that, needle is removed from section in such a way as to a considerable degree prevent formation of thermoplastic material particles and their getting into chamber. Laser radiation is aimed at puncture in section. In accordance with the second version in method first formed is chamber-containing case, under conditions of mainly laminar flow, after that, thermoplastic part is formed in said conditions in such a way that it contains section for performance of protocol by element for chamber filling with its further restoration under impact of laser radiation. Thermoplastic part and case are connected together with formation of sterile chamber before cooling to room temperature. Element aimed for filling chamber with liquid as well as for introduction of substance is introduced into section. After that, element is removed and laser radiation is aimed at puncture.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures reduction of expenditures, simplification and increase of sterility degree.
