FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes blowing off of metal by inert gas through blowoff nozzle in corks, installed in bottom of ladle with usage of acoustic high-frequency and pulsing oscillations. Acoustic high-frequency vibrations are created by acoustic high-frequency radiator, built-in blowoff nozzle of corks and in-series with low-frequency generator, creating pulsating oscillations. Consumption of inert gas, fed to acoustic high-frequency radiator and low-frequency generator, is kept equal and it is created frequency of acoustic high-frequency vibrations in the range 100-5000 Hz, and pulsating oscillation frequency - in the range 30-60 During blowing of liquid metal through blowoff nozzle of two or more than two blowing corks consumption of purge gas, fed to acoustic high-frequency radiator and pulsating low-frequency generator, it is changed synchronously, herewith at each blowoff nozzle of cork low-frequency pulsating oscillations are phase-shifted.
EFFECT: improvement of metal, increasing of stability of refractory blowoff cork and bottom of ladle.
