FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for measuring flow of magnetite pulp at integrated mining-and-processing works. Sensor includes body 1 made in the form of a piece of pipeline from nonmagnetic material and placed in electromagnetic field of inducer. Internal surface of body is lined with electric insulating material - layer 3. In it there introduced are two electrodes 4 in the direction perpendicular both to direction of liquid movement and to direction of power lines of magnetic field. On body 1 there arranged is spark coil of reference signal 5, which consists of two sections and is made in the form of flexible printed-circuit board, conducting layer 6 of which is made along the lines of level of surface weight function. Each section is made in the form of two adjacent spirals mutually built one into the other and in-series connected to each other; each spiral has the axis enveloped with all spiral turns, and passed through geometric centre of spiral turn minimum as to dimensions and located in plane of pipeline cross section, passing through electrodes, and axes of two adjacent spirals of one section are mutually spaced between each other and inclined to electrodes through similar angle.
