SUBSTANCE: using an inductance coil, a magnetic field of a flow metre is transformed into electric voltage. Inductance coil turns are arranged along lines with equal value of surface weight function of the flow metre - a physical model of the electromagnet flow metre of a liquid metal, which is a flow metre with a pile having a channel wall made of electric insulation material with a diameter Dm=ktd, where D - outer diameter of a pipe, d - diameter of channel with a wall of electrically conducting material, kt - coefficient that depends on a ratio d/D and electric conductivity of the pipe material and a liquid-metal medium. Electric voltage produced at output terminals of the inductance coil is integrated, and a conversion ratio of the flow metre is identified.

EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of simulation technique of electromagnet flow metres with a current-conducting channel wall.
