FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics and may be used to detect localisation of proteins in dry drop of serum of blood (plasm). Method consists in the fact that blood plasm is analysed by method of cone dehydration, and proteins are detected in marginal zone of dry drop. For this purpose preliminarily concentrated solution of amido black 10B or toluidine blue is added to analysed liquid in ratio of 3:1, mixed, material drop is dried on horizontally arranged glass at room temperature for 18-24 hours and analysed with the help of light microscope. At the same time antibodies are detected in the centre of drop, as well as lipoproteids in intermediate zone of drop and albumins along marginal zone of drop.

EFFECT: use of method makes it possible to objectively establish localisation of protein in dry drop of blood serum.
