FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: individual rectangular and "Ш"-shaped plates are cut from a belt roll along its rolling direction; annealing is performed at the temperature of 700-800°C during 60-20 minutes; slow cooling is performed to 20°C, and across rolling there applied are zones of local laser action throughout the length of the individual plates of the yoke, rods and parts of the E-shaped yoke, which are oriented along rolling; with that, for steel with coarse grain size of 15-50 mm at the interval of 5-2 mm, with fine grain size of 5-15 mm -15-5 mm, at connection points of the individual plates of the yoke and the rods, laser action is performed in a stepped manner, thus forming an angular front at an angle of 45 degrees to the plate rolling direction; with that, onto the part of the E-shaped yokes of the core, which is transversely oriented to the rolling, there applied are zones of local laser action along the rolling direction. Besides, zones of laser action on steel with a thickness of 0.3 to 0.8 mm with coarse grain are also applied on the reverse side of the plates.
EFFECT: reducing magnetic losses at increase of the level of magnetic induction.
