FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: flat polyphase magnetic system is made of a tape amorphous ferromagnetic material, comprises upper and lower yokes and rods, which are connected to each other to form a single jointless structure. Yokes and rods are arranged in the form of packets assembled from tapes with rectangular cross section of equal thickness. Packets are arranged as symmetrically offset relative to the vertical and horizontal axes of accordingly yokes and rods and each other. Each of subsequent packets is arranged with smaller area compared to the previous one and is offset by the identical distance from the sides of the previous packet to form yokes and rods of a symmetrical multistep figure in the cross section, and angles of such figure are placed at the identical distance from crossing of the vertical and horizontal axes of symmetry. Packets are arranged from 1 to 10 mm, thickness of tapes entering into packets is from 20 to 40 mcm.
EFFECT: increased ratio of rod space filling with amorphous or nanocrystalline alloy, increased efficiency factor, simplified technology of manufacturing.
