SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free carbonated beverage contains 100 dhal of end beverage. 85.0-95.0 kg of sugar, 1.60-1.70 kg of citric acid, 0.250-0.350 kg of red bilberry leaves, 0.650-0.750 kg of birch leaves, 0.250-0.350 kg of water-alcohol infusion of bird-tree fruits, 0.150-0.250 kg of colour, 0.360-0.380 kg of flavouring agent "Vishnya-95", 3.22-3.32 kg of carbon dioxide and the rest - water.
EFFECT: obtaining beverage with increased nutrious and biologic value, prophylactic and general health-improving properties due to expansion of spectrum of biologically active substances, vitamins and microelements content at high organoleptic characteristics; besides it lets expand range of means for the purpose.
