Non-alcoholic carbonated beverage "LEGNA IVAN-CHAI" contains the following components: sugar, 67.5-73.0 kg; citric acid, 1.26-1.50 kg; willow-herb an aqueous-spirituous extract, 9.3-11.3 l; color, 1.85-2.30 kg; sodium benzoate, 0.13-0.15 kg; carbonated water, the balance. An aqueous-spirituous extract contains rectified ethyl alcohol, 32-35%; herb willow-herb, 17-19%; water, the balance. Invention provides preparing product showing high consumers' properties retaining aroma with honey taste, acid-sweet taste for a long time. EFFECT: low material consumption and labor intensity in producing beverage.
