FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, namely to urology. Cut on coronary sulcus of penis is made. Covering tissues are mobilised to penis base. Fibrous plaque is dissected within the limits of healthy tissues. Muscular transplant is taken. Defect of tunica albuginea is covered with transplant. Sutures are applied on penis wound. After cut on coronary sulcus of penis and mobilisation of covering tissues, dorsal neurovascular fascicle of penis is mobilised. Right part of rectus with fragments of its sheath on feeding vessels is taken through medial cut on anterior abdominal wall. Muscle fragment is relocated under skin of penis. Plasty of tunica albuginea defect is performed with fragment of rectus. Fragment of fascia is fixed to edges of tunica albuginea defect. Muscle is fixed to lateral surfaces of penis from both sides.
EFFECT: claimed method allows to perform plasty of large defects of tunica albuginea and simultaneously increase penis thickness due to thickness of muscle flap, ensures prevention of development of degenerative processes and disease recurrences due to indirect vascularisation of tunica albuginea.
