FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, mainly to oncology, and can be applied in treatment of patients with tumors of small pelvis organs. For this purpose after removal of malignant tumor formed wound cavity of small pelvis is limited by means of non-resolving proline mesh of proper size, which is laid at entrance to small pelvis. After that it is sutured with soft tissues of small pelvis, peritoneum is mobilised and sutured above the mesh. After that operation wound is hermetically sewn.
EFFECT: method allows to keep intestine in natural anatomical position; prevent complications of post-operation X-ray therapy, reduce frequency of dysuric disorders, increase quality of patient's life, as well as carry out chemical therapy.
