FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and can be applied in treatment of patients with urinary bladder injuries, neurogenic dysfunction of urinary bladder, compressions, or strictures of urethra, including those of tumor origin. For this purpose section of anterior abdominal wall in area of navel is performed, urachus is mobilised, bouginated from umbilical ring side, forming canal into urinary bladder. After that catheter is installed in the canal, passed from skin side through umbilical ring and further through canal into urinary bladder. After that peritoneum is sewn to the right and to the left of umbilical ring, sealing formed epicystostoma canal. Operation wound is sutured layer-by-layer hermetically.

EFFECT: method allows to carry out operative intervention without opening urinary bladder and without infecting subcutaneous cellular tissue, which allows to reduce number of post-operation complications and increase quality of patients' life.
