FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery of biliary tracts, can be applied for elimination of late complications of biliodigestive anastomoses on isolated Roux loop including strictures, cholangites, cholilithiasis. Endoscopic correction of biliodigeative anastomosis on isolated Roux loop is performed through closed end of intestine. For this purpose sutures end of small intestine is preliminarily drained and fixed in anterior abdominal wall. Further, in place of fixation of intestine closed end cut is made. Into intestine lumen endoscope is introduced and correction of biliodigestive anastomosis is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures simplicity, low intervention traumaticity and reduces its time due to elimination of vast access to closed end of intestine, as well as its "blind" search during operation, excludes complications for patient and surgeon, induced by radiation resulting from X-ray control application.
