FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of air from toxic gases (nitrogen and sulphur oxides), vapors, aerosols of complex chemical composition and suspended particles with high degree of dispersion that precipitate out in plasma firing and pulverised coal combustion stabilising. Boiler flue gases are subjected to two-stage cleaning. First stage comprises entrapping suspended substances in Venturi scrubber with 96%- to 98%-efficiency and cyclone liquid trap. Second stage involves absorption removal of NO2 and SO2 on absorber incorporating movable nozzle and uses carbamide solution as an absorbent. Waste liquor is recycled into fertiliser. First stage sludge is fed to settler to get it dehydrated. Clarified water is fed from settler to refrigerator to remove suspended particles by gravel or screen filters to be fed to Venturi scrubber.
EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning.
