FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste gas purification (exhaust, smoke), including those containing organic components such as phenol, formaldehyde, foul-smelling substances, etc., and can be applied in metallurgical, chemical, food, oil refining industry, as well as in application and drying of paint and varnish materials, foundries, in processing of agricultural products. Flue gas cleaning device comprises supply line, scrubber, receiving tank, bioreactor and cleaned gas discharge line. Scrubber in upper part is connected to cleaned gas discharge line. In middle part it is equipped with two mass exchange grids with ball nozzles and irrigation nozzles placed above them. In the lower part it is connected to receiving capacity connected by pipeline of liquid absorbent supply with bioreactor. Bioreactor is connected by pipeline of supplying liquid absorbent to spray nozzles of scrubber. Supply line towards scrubber is further provided with pressure fan and nozzle for supplying mixture of waste gases and liquid absorbent. Cleaned gas discharge pipeline is additionally equipped with drip trap and horizontal absorber. Drain connection of drop eliminator is connected by pipeline with receiving capacity. Drain connection of horizontal absorber is connected to tank with clean water. Supply line of liquid absorbent to bioreactor is additionally equipped with two-section settler. Sump is connected by pipeline to pump for feeding liquid absorbent to spray nozzles of lower scrubber plate.
EFFECT: object of the invention is to increase efficiency of waste gas cleaning and effectiveness of usage of liquid absorbent.
