FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used at manufacturing of large-size springs from steel by hot coiling. Rod is heated up to temperature, providing homogenising annealing of steel high-temperature phase. Then from rod at temperature of its heating it is coiled spring. Additionally spring is subject to coil-by-coil tempering. Tempering of each coil is implemented after its coiling and after-coiling isolation during the period, providing processes of steel polygonisation for impediment of recrystallisation reconstruction of its structure. Final heat processing of spring is implemented b means of its tempering.
EFFECT: hardening and increasing of operation life of the received spring.
