FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at restoration of machinery components of flat and cylindrical shape and also for giving for surfaces of new specific properties. Method suppose formation of welded layer from preliminary specified alternating in two directions areas of metal with different coefficient equivalent carbon content (Ceq) with following case-hardening. In longitudinal layer there can be used areas of metal with similar calculated Ceq In formed transversal layer of surface there are welded areas of metal with smooth increasing of calculated Ceq from initial up to final surface coating of detail. Difference of Ceq between layers do not exceed 20 %. Final surface coating is formed with alternation of hardened areas of metal with different calculated Ceq and different wear resistance in longitudinal direction. Fusing of areas with maximal calculated Ceq is implemented at areas of maximal wear in longitudinal direction according to wear curve of surface of worn-out part.
EFFECT: invention provides increasing of life time of remanufactured part ensured by formation of full-strength welded singular areas and increasing of surface wear resistance.
