FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building materials, particularly to composition of cement-free building mixture and to method of concrete production out of it. Building mixture contains, wt %: slag filler - crushed blast furnace slag of not less 15 mm size 40-45, hardening actuator - mountain sand containing 10-20% of garnet minerals 10-15, hardening regulator - bi-watered plaster 4-7, lime 5-7, a complex additive "Relamix" Type 2" 0.3-0.6, and slag binding - slag from melting of electro-thermal silico-aluminium - the rest. The method of production of concrete out of the said building mixture consists in tempering, mixing, and crumbling of building mixture in cast runners till obtaining liquid moving mass, in casting it into moulds and hardening.

EFFECT: enhanced durability and frost resistance of concrete produced out of described building mixture due to optimisation of its composition and to achieving required fineness of grinding, granulometric composition and required maximal hydraulic activity of components.
