FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building materials, particularly to composition of cement-free building mixture and to method of production concrete and reinforced concrete items out of this mixture. Building mixture contains, wt %: slag filler - crushed blast furnace slag of not less 15 mm size 46.7-47.4, hardening actuator - mountain sand containing 10-20% of garnet minerals 11-15, hardening regulator - bi-watered plaster 4-5, a complex additive "Relamix" Type 2" 0.3-0.6, and slag binding - slag from melting of electro-thermal ferro-aluminium - the rest. The method of production of concrete out of the said building mixture consists in tempering, mixing, and crumbling of building mixture in cast runners to obtaining liquid moving mass, casting it into moulds and hardening.

EFFECT: enhanced durability and frost resistance of concrete produced out of described building mixture due to optimisation of its composition and to achieving required fineness of grinding, granulometric composition and required maximal hydraulic activity of components.
