FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to compositions of clinker-free binder based in blast furnace and Martin slags, and may be used in production of concrete and reinforced concrete products and construction mortars. Binder produced by grinding up to 450-470 m²/kg of mixture that contains the following components, wt %: pit sand of the following composition, wt %: SiO₂ 34.1-39.9; Al₂O₃+TiO₂ 9.8-11.0; FeO+Fe₂O₃ 12.8-26.1; CaO 11.3-13.7; MgO 4.2-5.7; MnO 0.3-0.55; P₂O₅ 0.5-0.6; SO₃ 1.7-3.2; Na₂O+K₂O 1.3-3.2; loss in burning 8.5-15, containing 15-20% minerals of garnets, 5-8; calcium sulfate dihydrate 4-9; blast furnace granulated slag 30-35; Martin stale slag with fraction of at least 15 mm - the rest.

EFFECT: improved binder quality.
