FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in production of concrete and reinforced concrete items, mortar and dry construction mixtures. Binder is produced by milling 450 m²/kg of mixture containing, wt %: granulated blast furnace slag 30-32; calcium sulfate dihydrate 4-9; pit sand containing wt %: SiO₂ 34.1-39.9; Al₂O₃ 9.8-11.0; FeO+Fe₂O₃ 12.8-26.1; CaO 11.3-13.7; MgO 4.2-5.7; MnO 0.3-0.55; P₂O₅ 0.5-0.6; Na₂O+K₂O 1.3-3.2; SO₃ 1.7-3.2, containing 10-20% of garnet minerals, 8-10; converter slug produced as a result of high-phosphorus iron treatment with the amount of 3-10% of phosphorus pento-oxide as a residual part of the mixture.

EFFECT: optimisation of material composition, maximum use of hydraulic activity of slag.
