FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to means of protection of settlements against effect of foreign acoustic noises. The acoustic panel consists of a noise absorbing plate and a case with end covers; the said plate is installed in the cavity of the case; also the case is made with two profiled boxes with bottoms, side walls and a connecting flange portions adjacent to side walls; the side walls are "lock-type" tied to each other" by means of the said connecting flange portions and fastened with mechanical connections "along the lock". The case is made bi-stepped, and profiled rectangular boxes of the case are made similar by shape and dimensions. Bottoms of both boxes are corrugated with number of crimps on each bottom in number not less three. The connecting flange portions on each box are arranged perpendicular to their sides and oriented in one similar for both boxes direction so, that one connecting flange portion of each box is the internal one relative to the box, while another one is the external portion. Relative to each other the boxes are arranged so, that the internal connecting flange element of each box matches the corresponding external connecting flange element of another box. "Lock-type" connection of boxes is made so, that external connecting flange elements of both boxes are enveloped with adjacent internal connecting flange elements forming the bi-stepped case with two lengthwise steps in points of box connections. Each end cover is made overlaid, "П"-shaped and is located at the end of the case with a gap relative to the case; the cover is secured by means of mechanic connection of its side adjusting elements with the case. Here is disclosed the noise-stop screen made of the set of acoustic panels.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of acoustic panel manufacturing and simplification of assembly.
