FIELD: protection against noise produced by cars, trains, etc. SUBSTANCE: panel is used in construction of noise-shielding roadside signs, shields to border construction sites, industrial units or screens installed in organizing comfortable acoustical conditions. Panel has case formed by rectangular frame, rear and face flat walls; plates of absorbent and sound-insulating material built in case; plate separator. Rectangular frame, rear and face walls are made of basalt-polymeric plastic (high-pressure polyethylene + basalt-plastic), plates of absorbent materials are made of fiberglass or basalt fabric; plates of noise-insulating materials are made of basalt plastic or glass-reinforced plastic. At least one of material plates is double-layer structure provided with sheet of closed-pore foam polyethylene, polyurethane foam, and sheet of high-pressure polyethylene. At least one of plate separators is made of corrugated basalt plastic with angles of corrugation of 5-175 deg. Face wall has parallel thin plates with slits and caps over them installed aslant to flat acoustical panel and thin flat plates mounted along external border of face wall.
