FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building field, particularly to motors with kinetic energy storage. Essence of invention consists in that motor consists of basis, rotating ring, driving reducer, coupling clutch, shaft-drive, reducing reducer and control instrumentation. On the basis it is fixed bearing axis of rotating ring and support of idler pinion of driving reducer. On one end of drive shaft it is installed breakdown clutch, at the other end of shaft drive it is installed reducing reducer. At switching on of driving motor, the latter through breakdown clutch and double-reduction gear unit, initially untwisting rotating ring up to established top limit of angular velocity, stores kinetic energy and driving motor is switched off. Power from rotating ring is passed to transmission of vehicle. At reduction of angular velocity of rotating ring up to established bottom limit it is switched on motor which untwist rotating ring up to top limit of angular velocity and switched off, then process is repeated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of motor operation.
