SUBSTANCE: section of a tool for soil treatment in the sowing rows of tilled crops, melons and gourds comprises working bodies, each of which has a hoe fixed on a rotary rack and arranged at an angle to the movement direction. The rotary racks are mounted on the crossarm mounted on the tiller beam with the distance between the rack axes, equal to the distance between the boundaries of the protective area of plants. The crossarm is fixed on the beam with the possibility of changing the position by moving forward and backward by means of bolts. Bearings of the rotary rack are fixed to the crossarm. At the upper part, the rotary racks have control levers disposed parallel to the outer edge of the shovel and painted in bright red colour. The control levers are hinged to the double-acting hydraulic cylinders controlled with a hydraulic distributor by an operator from the control panel. The rotary racks are fixed to the bottom surface of the hoe with bolts with a countersunk head; the shovels opening angle γ in the working position is taken as per the condition γ<90-ϕ, where ϕ - is the angle of weeds friction against the shovel blade, the sharpening of which is made lower, and in the upper part the shovel is deposited by a hard wear-resistant alloy.

EFFECT: complete eradication of weeds in a row, quality loosening of the soil, increasing the tool operation reliability.
