SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of production of aromatised girasol-sunflower-apple-black chokeberry drink. The method consists in extracting coriander with liquid nitrogen, in separating corresponding miscella, in preparing girasol-sunflower, apples and black chokeberry, in cutting girasol-sunflower and apples, in their drying in field of SHF to residual moisture about 20% during not less 1 hour. Also power of SHF field should facilitate heating of raw material to temperature inside pieces 80-90°C. Drying of black chokeberry also is performed in field of SHF to residual moisture about 20%, when power of SHF field facilitates heating of black chokeberry to temperature inside berries to 80-90°C during not less 1 hour. Further girasol-sunflower is roasted; apples and black chokeberry are finish dried to residual moisture about 5% by a convective method; girasol-sunflower, apples and black chokeberry are mixed at weight ratio 10:9:1 and produced mixture is soaked with separated miscella; simultaneously pressure is built-up. Then pressure is dropped to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing of mixture; the mixture is cryo-crumbled in medium of precipitated nitrogen.
EFFECT: method facilitates manufacture of new aromatised coffee drink out of non-traditional raw material by non-waste technology.
