FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiac anaesthesiology, and can be used in operations involving cardiac bypass. A system comprises an anaesthesia apparatus including a gas-air mixture source and an evaporator attached by a gas line, an oxygenator loop with blood and gas lines, including a main feed line of an anaesthetic gas to the oxygenator and a discharge line of the used gas. The discharge line of the used anaesthetic gas, junctions to a first T-tube supplied with the outlet of the used gas sampling and the outlet of the used gas selection are connected to the outlet of a gas port of the oxygenator. The outlet of the used gas selection contains series the used gas selection line, an adsorber, an anaesthetic gas pump, the used gas return line which is in turn through a second T-tube connected to the gas line, thus forming the semienclosed oxygenator loop. A roller pump is used as said anaesthetic gas pump.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the anaesthesia systems.
