FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of disperse particles from gas flow and can be used in gas, oil and petrochemical industries, etc. This process consists in multiple stepwise saturation of dusty airflow with fluid vapour and deposition at every step of condensed particles on at cooler as a condensate and removal of the latter. Airflow is converted from solid into hollow one with cross-section consisting of several coaxial different-diameter rings by fitting vapour injector and extra refrigerator into the housing. Said vapour injector and extra refrigerator are composed of two cylinders arranged coaxially one inside the other with radial clearance. Every cylinder consists of two interconnected cylindrical shells arranged with radial clearance. Steam injector is connected with vapour source. Cylinder inside of extra refrigerator arranged inside the vapour injector is communicated with refrigerator inside. Steam injector cylinder shells are provided with holes to communicate vapour feed channels with circular inner channels.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
