FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: under the method proposed initial raw material is pre-treated with the help of microorganisms in the presence of compounds that act as hydrogen donor. The basic raw material is represented by water hyacinth plant and its mixtures with peat, lignine and with fermented liquid manure, animal contents and aerotank active sludge that contain methanogenic bacteria with a cultural medium based on a phosphate-chloride-carbonate buffer as well as catalysts intensifying the process of biogas discharge in the form of wood processing wastes containing humates, cellulose and/or sugar production wastes. The process proceeds at a temperature of +15…+70°C under anaerobic or aerobic conditions. The methane having beet synthesised is collected while the resultant carbon dioxide remains in the reactor. Then one additionally introduces into the reactor hydrogen donor substances, humic compounds and microorganisms. The reactor contents is mixed, the process proceeding at a temperature of +3 - +60°C and pH=5…9. Biofuel is extracted from the resultant water-and hydrocarbon mixture by way of sedimentation, separation, distillation or deemulgation.
EFFECT: biofuel production efficiency improvement.
