FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for erection of railway superstructure consists in definition of bearing foundation and ballast layer material. Then ballast layer is filled onto profiled foundation with sufficient bearing capacity for goods train. Further ballast layer is compacted with soil foundation. Track skeleton spans are laid onto compacted ballast layer with support surface of sleepers. Butts of rail branches are joined. Radius of contact with base is conferred to ballast layer. Ballast layer is profiled with compaction by giving arched deepening to transverse profile of its surface, which corresponds to response arched, convex support surface of sleeper in cross section of track skeleton. Support surface of sleeper is arranged along circumference arch with radius r along its whole length. Rails on rectilinear sections of track are fixed on sleepers installed to them at the angle α. Rail pads are made with support surface turned at the angle "α" to its transverse axis of symmetry. Railway superstructure consists of filled ballast layer compacted on profiled soil foundation. Spans of track skeleton with joined butts of rail tracks are laid on sleepers with support surface. Support surface elastically contacts with ballast layer. Ballast layer is filled on foundation along arc of circumference of transverse profile and is arranged with surface arched profile grooves for sleepers. Support surface of sleeper, along its length, is arranged along circumference arc. Rails on sleepers are arranged through pads with truncated support platforms for rails that are fixed on sleepers.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of railway superstructure.
