FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building, namely to systems of vibration and impact protection. Vibration isolator comprises two elastically damping elements, which face each other by means of large bases, where alternating grooves and ledges are arranged with fastening holes. Ledges of one base are installed in grooves of the other one and are separated from each other by means of metal spacer with fastening holes. Shape of spacer is equidistant to shape of ledges and grooves on elastically damping elements that are woven to each other and to spacer by means of wire arranged in between. Fastening bolts with external limiters of deformations, as limiting orifices or conical springs are fixed on according elastically damping elements. According to the first version metal spacer is arranged on two plate springs. Springs face each other with their larger bases and are fixed to each other by means of nibs arranged along periphery of each plate spring. Ledges of one elastically damping element rest on ledges of the other one. In cavities produced by slots, there are spacer nibs arranged. External limiters of deformation are arranged in the form of packets of assembled plate springs, which are installed with tight fit between each other. According to the second version, in vibration isolator there is a metal spacer arranged in the form of two packets, which are assembled from plate springs with nibs and are connected to each other by means of eyelets. Diametre of holes in eyelets is more than diametre of responsive fastening holes at periphery of elastically damping elements.
EFFECT: improved quality of anti-shock protection and reliability of vibration isolator.
