FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains two bell-shaped elastic-hysteresis elements with a cylindrical flange, smoothly conjugated with the conical part of bell-shaped elements, mounted on each other by their bases. Elastic-hysteresis element is made by cold pressing from metal rubber (MR), produced from wire materials. Bolts are fixed on the bell-shaped elements with the help of restriction washers and nuts. Anti-impact pad of MR material is fixed on the head of one of the bolts. There is a washer between the bases of the bell-shaped elements. Bell-shaped elements are fastened by springs screwed into separate sectors of their flanges into openings equally distributed around the periphery of the flanges. Spring coils are deformed by pressing in the direction of the vibration isolator axis and they press bell-shaped elements against each other. First and last coils of adjacent springs are either fixed to each other by spot welding, or left free. Sharp edges of the support areas of the bell-shaped elements are smoothed out. Bolts are attached to bell-shaped elements with the help of sleeves made of low-density MR material, flat washers, elastic washers and nuts. Method includes the manufacturing sequence of said vibration isolator.
EFFECT: simplification and the possibility of automation of the manufacturing process of vibration isolators are achieved.
