FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration absorber comprises an external elastic-hysteresis component (EHC) made of wire material of metal-reinforced rubber, a reinforcing bundle of a bundle of straight wires, fasteners. Two bell-shaped EHCs of metal-reinforced rubber are inscribed without a gap into the inner surface of the outer EHC and are installed with large bases to each other. Inside the EHC, two cup-shaped springs are inserted with interference, each of which has a flat bottom and radial lobes evenly distributed along the circumference. Lobes end in horizontal sections, by which the cup-shaped springs rest on each other, and which are placed in the EHC slots. Threaded bushings are inserted with interference into the central holes of the EHC and outer EHC. Bottoms of the conical flanges of the bushings along the external surface of the outer EHC are tightened with a reinforcing bundle around the threaded bushings. On the outwardly projecting parts of the bushings there are elastic washers-bushings made of metal-reinforced rubber, on which washers are installed and nuts are screwed. Method comprises the sequence of manufacturing said vibration absorber.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of the vibration absorber, as well as the possibility of automating the manufacturing process are achieved.
