In the method working system elements are combined into a single complex of software-programmable algorithms simulating a complex system, which requires resources which affect quality of work.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of statistical modeling a complex work system, which is achieved by setting a quality criterion in accordance with the resource used for carrying out work.
