FIELD: measuring techniques.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring techniques and can be used for monitoring speed mode of a vehicle. The method involves measuring speed after different time intervals, recording speed in cells of a stack and reading speed values. Speed of the vehicle is measured and recorded once in any time interval and in the same time intervals, engine rpm speed and switching of the ignition system are noted.
EFFECT: increased reliability of information on speed mode of a vehicle in case of a road accident.
