FIELD: technology for fighting hijacking and theft of vehicles, possible use for detecting illicit usage of vehicle, including cases with insurance event falsification facts.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method after detection of fact of intrusion into vehicle and/or of attempt of influence onto any of its functional organs by means of electronic identification mark radio-frequency identification of person intruding into vehicle and/or influencing a functional organ is performed. During usage of vehicle status of internal organs is diagnosed. All vehicle intrusion facts, attempts of influence onto functional organs and also unacceptable alterations of its condition due to breakdown or illicit action from malefactors are registered in form of electronic event protocol. Method is different from known method because registration and storage of electronic protocol of events is performed in energy-independent memory of electronic identification mark. Events, connected to unsanctioned intrusion into vehicle and hijacking attempts are copied to energy-independent memory of electronic identification mark from energy-independent memory onboard the vehicle. On request from employee of insurance company, where current vehicle is insured, electronic identification mark is given to him. Then electronic protocol of events is read into memory of personal computer of employee for storing personal information about vehicle and its users, read information is compared to personal information about vehicle stored in computer memory and its registered users. Finally, results of comparison are represented in form, comfortable for visual perception, received data are analyzed and results of analysis are used to detect facts of illicit usage of vehicle.
EFFECT: simplification and better usability of procedure for analysis of insurance cases and detection of insurance case falsification factors.
