SUBSTANCE: system for managing service class etc is provided for assisting in changing service class of a terminal or prohibiting unauthorised change of service class. A service class management server contains data on service class to establish a set of services provided by terminals with 2-1 up to 2-n users. When a terminal of 2-k users sends data requiring provision for services, data on service class which indicate the service class of the terminal of 2-k users is sent to the terminal of 2-k users in response. After receiving data on service class, the terminal of 2-k users provides a service from the set of the said data on service class.
EFFECT: prevention of unauthorised manipulation of data by persons without authority to change service class assignment.
