SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to be used in food industry and can be implemented to produce coffee substitutes. The method provides for extracting cinnamon by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparing, cutting and drying girasol in the microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting, drying peach refuse in the microwave field and drying it up by a convective method, mixing the girasol and the peach refuse in the mass ratio 3:2, impregnating the obtained mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and pressure releases until the pressure equals the atmospheric pressure simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: instant powder of flavoured coffee drink produced according to a nonwaste technology.
