FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to dairy stock farming. Method provides for use of multicomponent fodder additive of vegetable origin, containing the following components, wt %: marc of surface parts of stevia - 17; fiber of earth apple tubers - 33; apple marc - the rest. Additive is added to ration of lactating cows in amount of 5 g per kg of body weight per day, thrice, in equal volumes.
EFFECT: optimisation of organism metabolism processes, improved milking productivity and increased quality parametres of milk.
